Group Class: 9:30 am

 

Strength Classes:  These classes are focused on getting you stronger at the basic human movments.  Strength is the basis of all other fitness qualities, so we make it a priority at Revolutionary Fitness.

Conditioning Classes: These classes are focused on raising your conditioning levels.  Kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, sandbags, suspension straps, etc. are all used to give you a metabolically demanding, cardiovascular workout while providing a fun, challening training session.
